Celebrate the Winter Solstice with an intimate sound bath inside the tiny historic chapel at Nelson's El Dorado Ghost Town. This unique setting, lit softly by candlelight, creates a powerful space for reflection, release, and renewal as we welcome the return of the light.
What to expect;
Relax into a restorative sound journey featuring high-frequency Crystal Tones alchemy crystal bowls, tuned to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance mental clarity, improve sleep quality and promotes relaxarion and emotional balance. You will be gently guided into meditation before embarking on this alchemy soundbath. The chapel's acoustics enhance the resonance, creating a deeply immersive experience.
What to wear & bring;
Wear warm, comfortable layers and bring a yofa mat, blanket, and pillow. Optional: eye mask, water bottle and journal.
